Spa Etiquette


We recommend all spa treatments and services be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. Treatments may be purchased individually or as a part of a package.


Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We ask all first time guests to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete your personalized consultation chart. To ensure all guests receive their full treatment time, late arrivals cannot be guaranteed an extension of treatment time.


Spa services are guaranteed with a credit card. Please call 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment and 48 hours for a multiple service or package appointment. No shows and cancellations without the 24 or 48 hour notice will be charged 100% for reserved services.

Refund Policy:

Treatment packages are not refundable.

Age Limitations:

Spa appointments for persons younger than 16 must have a parent/guardian present during the whole service. Persons under the age of 18 will need to have a waiver or parent/guardian present.


To preserve the tranquility of our spa, the use of mobile devices, cell phone and electronic devices is discouraged. We also request that you speak softly to ensure the peaceful atmosphere of our spa. Our staff is dedicated to providing a comfortable and memorable spa experience.

We offer the finest natural products with your health and well-being in mind. Please let us know of any medical conditions, allergies or special accommodations you may have.

Our spa service prices do not include gratuities. Any gratuity given for your service provider is greatly appreciated.
