What should I wear?

A robe and slippers are available for your use. You may disrobe to the level of your comfort. Undergarments are not necessary but you may wear them during your treatment if you prefer. Our licensed therapists are trained to keep your body discretely draped, assuring privacy at all times.

How Do I Pay?

You may charge spa services to Visa or Master Card. Cash is always accepted. Gratuities are graciously accepted.

Cancellations

Spa services are guaranteed with a credit card. Please call 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment and 48 hours for a multiple service or package appointment. No-shows and cancellations without the 24 or 48 hour notice will be charged 100% for reserved services.

Arrival

Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We ask all first time guests to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete your personalized consultation chart. To ensure all guests receive their full treatment time, late arrivals can not be guaranteed and extension of treatment time.
